The MA in Human Resource Management programme is designed to meet the career development needs of human resource (HR) managers, advisers, and administrators. The Advanced Entry route programme consists of a Research Methods module and a Consultancy Project Report on a related topic of your choice, making it a popular option for individuals committed to developing their careers in senior management. The purpose of this programme is to deliver a practical and realistic solution to a business-related strategic challenge, which in turn is supported by appropriate reference to theoretical and conceptual analysis. Students will evidence this by producing a Consultancy Project Report.
On successful completion of the programme, the student will be awarded the degree of 'MA in Human Resource Management' from the University. Students will also have the opportunity to attend the graduation ceremony in UK.
