This Level 3 Extended Diploma in Business and Management is a 180-credit, Ofqual-regulated qualification that sits at the same level as A Levels or an Access to HE qualification. It's specifically designed for learners who want to progress to a business or management degree but may not have the traditional entry qualifications usually required. In plain terms — if you didn't take A Levels, didn't get the grades you needed, or have been out of education for a while and want a genuine route into university, this is the qualification that gets you there. It covers every core area of business you'd expect at degree level: marketing, finance, HR, strategy, leadership and more. All assessments are assignment-based — no exams
